<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Maintain a subject matter expertise in products, services, and technology platforms used by treasury management clients; serve as an escalation point for tier two and three client issues that require troubleshooting and resolution; lead testing initiatives for platform and technology upgrades and patches; initiate product and service reporting, assist with annual risk reviews of product limits, provide assistance with departmental and divisional projects; serve as a liaison between Treasury Services, Treasury Management, and IT and act as a backup for quality control reviews and product and service onboarding.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field preferred. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of ten (10) years of experience working directly in banking in product or platform management, information technology, payments, and/or treasury operations.</p> <p>Must exhibit an in-depth knowledge of treasury management services and operations, banking technologies or platforms used to deliver treasury management products, or technology used for funds movement and funds management. Strong technical skills and understanding of hardware and software are needed to understand system configurations and failover solutions.</p> <p>Position requires a high level of analytical, technical, evaluation, and critical thinking abilities. Candidate must be able to think and react quickly to different types of issues and outages. Advanced problem-solving skills are required; problems are technically or administratively complex and require the collection, interpretation, and analysis of data from diverse sources.</p> <p>Ability to express ideas effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to draft business correspondences, prepare reports and summarize conclusions, write procedures, test plans, and interpret policies of a complex nature.</p> <p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to partner with clients, vendors, coworkers, and business line leaders. Represents the company to clients, vendors, professional organizations, and peer banks in a professional manner. Requires regular internal and external contacts to carry out organization policies and programs. Relates to others in an open and accepting manner that creates trust, respect and a collaborative environment.</p> <p>Essential Duties:</p> <p>Assist the management team of treasury and payment operations in evaluating existing technology and processes used to support treasury products and services. Analyze the current technology infrastructure and scope out the next level of systems that support the growth of treasury products and services within the organization. Maintain awareness of innovative technologies and systems, releases/upgrades, and solutions available to streamline back office and client facing processes.</p> <p>Oversee all aspects of conversions pertaining to the products, services, and systems supported in the department including merger-acquisitions, new systems, replacement systems and upgrades. Conduct regular meetings with key vendors to review performance, upcoming release/upgrades, and new products and services offered by the vendor. Escalate problems and performance related issues to vendors and internal stakeholders as appropriate.</p> <p>Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and create detailed reporting. Reporting requirements can comprise of volume or usage reports, product and service utilization, performance reporting to ensure service level agreements are being adhered to, in addition to others.</p> <p>Serve as a liaison between Treasury Services, Treasury Management, and Information Technology to identify opportunities to improve and implement treasury products, services, features and functionality, and identify and resolve issues with technology, client onboarding, servicing, or fulfillment.</p> <p>Lead testing efforts on all treasury products and services including but not limited to online and mobile banking, positive pay, wire transfers, ACH, real-time payments, remote deposit capture, amongst others. Create test plans and test cases, coordinate testing activities, track issues, facilitate testing meetings and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues. Deliver new products and services identified within project scope on time and withing allocated budget.</p> <p>Coordinate and complete annual reviews of treasury client payment and deposit limits as set forth in policies and procedures.</p> <p>As needed, function as a backup to the Treasury Implementation Team in onboarding and servicing existing and new clients including, but not limited to, creating TM documentation, obtaining appropriate client signatures, and processing client maintenance requests in a timely fashion. Complete quality control reviews of treasury service set-ups, maintenance, and verification requests, or support calls directed to the treasury services team.</p> <p>Attend regularly scheduled coaching and counseling sessions held by supervisor to achieve the outcome of improved communication, action plan development, positive feedback and performance improvement.</p> <p>Abide by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment that is free of sexual harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace, support risk management practices and overall safety and soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements. Ability to work and report to the employer's physical work location(s). </p> <p>Work Environment:</p> <p>Work is performed in an office setting with little to moderate exposure to noise, heat, dust or other adverse factors. Working extended hours may be required as needed. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.</p>
