Reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager, this role will assist in enhancing brand visibility and engagement through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications and a passion for retail stores.</p> <p>Let's break that down a bit more:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and execute communication plans to support brand initiatives and campaigns.</p> </li><li> <p>Create and manage content for internal communication channels, including emails, intranet sites, presentations, and directives.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal campaigns and strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Work cross-functionally to maintain and optimize the retail calendar.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and suggesting refinements to communication processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and present regular updates on communication activities and outcomes to the operations and brand retail leaders.</p> </li></ul> <p>What Success Looks Like</p> <ul> <li> <p>Increased brand internal awareness and engagement through effective communication strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Consistent and aligned messaging across all internal communication channels.</p> </li><li> <p>Positive feedback and strong relationships with retail stores, field leaders, and cross-functional partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Effective operation of retail stores through timely direction and calendar management.</p> </li><li> <p>Engagement of internal audiences through compelling content and storytelling.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You Need to Succeed</p> <ul> <li> <p>2-3 years of relevant/related experience</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in creating and delivering clear, concise, and engaging content.</p> </li><li> <p>Skilled in using tools to measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensuring precision in all communication materials and messaging.</p> </li><li> <p>Fostering a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability within the team.</p> </li></ul> <p>What do we offer you?</p> <p>At VF, we know you expect as much from us as we do from you.
