They are responsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional services to current client base. </li><li>Create hotel marketing collateral, proofread content, ensure appropriate branding, and approve materials for final distribution. </li><li>Provide tenants and landlords with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values. </li><li>Accompany prospective clients to property sites to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms. </li><li>Compile property data tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments. </li><li>Assist with request for proposals. Evaluate data and prepare real estate reports on average rent, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons. </li><li>Gather materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements. </li><li>Prepare offers, term sheets, and lease amendments. </li><li>Assist attorneys in preparing real estate contracts such as deeds, leases, and mortgages. </li><li>Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry. </li><li>Draft correspondence to existing and prospective clients. Gather and distribute marketing materials. </li><li>Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. </li><li>Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. </li><li>Impact the quality of own work. </li><li>Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. </li><li>Exchange straightforward information, asks questions and check for understanding. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Hotel-related experience preferred but not required. </li><li>Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. </li><li>Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the Investment Sales Analyst position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
