Find your future with us.</p> <p>Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (Entry-Level or Associate) on the 777X Program, in Berkeley, MO reporting to the BDS 777X IP&S Manager.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supports preparation, development, and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements. </li><li>Assists with the development of program plans, and schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements, and resulting schedules. </li><li>Supports the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functions, product groups, suppliers, and partners of moderate complexity. </li><li>Identifies and reports performance variances. </li><li>Develops the Integrated Master Production Plan, and schedules and supports change incorporation plans related to Integrated Scheduling products. </li><li>Participates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline. </li></ul> <p>This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.</p> <p>This position must meet export control compliance requirements. Tomeet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.</p> <p>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or higher </li><li>Experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, Supplier Management, shop floor Operations, and/or related disciplines. </li><li>Experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives </li><li>Experience working with Microsoft Office Applications </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li>3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience </li><li>Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc. </li></ul> <p>Travel:</p> <p>The position may require traveling up to 10% of the time.</p> <p>Drug-Free Workplace:</p> <p>Boeing is a Drug-Free Workplace where post-offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria are met as outlined in our policies.</p> <p>Total Rewards:</p> <p>At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
