<p>Position Name</p> <p>We are looking for an experienced HSE&S Engineer to lead and enhance Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability programs across our U.S. cross-dock operations. This role is primarily based in Ogden, UT, with support for sites in Indiana and Mississippi.</p> <p>As a key partner to operations, leadership, and logistics providers, you will drive risk reduction, compliance, and a strong safety culture across multiple locations..</p> <p>In this role you will be?responsible for</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead HSE&S program implementation across multi-site warehouse operations</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards</p> </li><li> <p>Support and lead incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions</p> </li><li> <p>Drive hazard identification, near-miss reporting, and proactive safety initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee contractor safety performance and enforce site safety requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives (energy, waste, emissions, water)</p> </li><li> <p>Track, analyze, and report HSE&S KPIs and trends</p> </li><li> <p>Support ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 audits and regulatory inspections</p> </li><li> <p>Lead emergency preparedness programs, drills, and response coordination</p> </li><li> <p>Coach and influence leaders and employees to strengthen safety culture and behaviors</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and follow up on workers' compensation claims</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with operations to ensure alignment with HSE&S logistics standards</p> </li></ul> <p>What is required:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance standards</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems and audits</p> </li><li> <p>Proven background in risk management, incident investigation, and operational safety</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in logistics, warehousing, or industrial environments</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in HSE reporting tools and Microsoft applications</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work across multi-site, cross-functional, and remote teams</p> </li><li> <p>Commitment to safety excellence, ethics, and continuous improvement</p> </li><li> <p>BATF&E knowledge is a plus</p> </li></ul> <p>We will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.</p> <p>In our international work setting, you will find a range of opportunities that are designed to enhance your career and personal development.
