<p>Semiconductor Failure Analysis Technician(Onsite)</p> <p>Job Role : Semiconductor Failure Analysis Technician<</p> <p>Location : San Jose CA<</p> <p>Shift Timings<</p> <p>Regular Day Shift<</p> <p>Mon- Fri<</p> <p>Job Skills<</p> <p>Semiconductor packagesilicon sample prep for failure analysis using CNC polishing and other lab equipment.<</p> <p>Handson work to electrical FAFI and physical silicon debug Lab operation.<</p> <p>Perform nano probing and micro probing from packaged devices to Si level using SEM.<</p> <p>Performing handson test data collection using ATE tester Parametric Analyzer Oscilloscope and curve tracer.<</p> <p>Logistical support of transporting packaged IC parts between Labs within short distance.<</p> <p>Manage lab consumables including chemical prep and probe tip inventory.<</p> <p>Other Expectations<</p> <p>Attention to detail and well organized.<</p> <p>Ability to follow given instructions clearly.<</p> <p>Candidate should have reliable transportation and are OK with daily commute as it is 100 onsite work.<</p> <p>Candidate must have good attitude communication skills.<</p> <p>Willingness to learn.</p> <p>San Jose - California - USA4 - 10 Years10H San Jose - California - USA19-May-2026YACTIVE1464237Mandatory Skills : Jira Service Desk, Servicedesk, Windows Server</p>
