<p>Regulatory Compliance Specialist - Product and Ingredients KDC/One is a global leader in custom manufacturing for beauty and body solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regulatory Compliance Specialist - Products and Ingredients to support regulatory activities across domestic and international markets, including the US, Canada, the EU, and additional global regions. This role ensures our products, raw materials, and processes comply with applicable regulations and brand requirements while supporting new product launches, formula updates, and market submissions. The position provides regulatory expertise to cross-functional teams and directly supports our Groveport and Columbus facilities.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <p>Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory submissions for new products and product changes to support on-time market release. Provide regulatory guidance to product development teams and respond to regulatory or product information requests. Support regulatory requirements including FDA OTC and MoCRA registrations and global market documentation. Organize and maintain regulatory documentation, databases, and product information for raw materials and formulas. Review formulas and confirm acceptability based on country-specific and brand regulatory guidelines. Develop, review, or update formula listings, ingredient lists, and related regulatory documentation. Request and assess technical and regulatory data from raw material suppliers. Collaborate with Quality, Marketing, Product Development, and internal teams to ensure compliance across the product lifecycle. Support marketing with regulatory review of product profiles, ensuring claims are compliant and formula-supported.</p> <p>What We Need from You:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field strongly preferred. Minimum of 2 year experience in regulatory affairs, product compliance, cosmetics, personal care, or OTC-regulated products preferred. Understanding of FDA regulations, MoCRA, international cosmetic regulations, and raw material/INCI requirements. Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret regulatory guidelines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and external partners.
