<p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>Responsible for operating, testing, modifying, troubleshooting, repairing and inspecting all aircraft systems using</p> <p>approved aircraft data. Proficiently operate and understand a wide variety of test equipment and tooling. Must be able</p> <p>to interpret technical manuals and engineering data to support tasks. Complete assigned tasks within the allocated</p> <p>hourly budget and on schedule maintaining quality standards and preforming the tasks within the guide lines of safety</p> <p>regulations and requirements.</p> <p>MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED. </li><li>Basic computer skills. </li><li>Airframe & Powerplant (A & P) certificate, or equivalent experience. (equivalency =minimum of 2 years </li></ul> <p>experience as an aircraft mechanic)</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience as an aircraft mechanic. (experience is not cumulative) </li><li>Proficient with using hand tools and precision equipment. </li><li>Capable of reading and interpreting approved aircraft diagrams, charts, schematics and maintenance </li></ul> <p>procedures.</p> <ul> <li>Able to work on maintenance stands, lifts and ladders, work in confined spaces in unusual positions </li><li>Able to lift minimum 50lbs and able to enter and exit the aircraft using steps and/or stairs. </li><li>Must not be allergic to jet fuel, oils, hydraulic fluids or cleaning solvents. </li></ul> <p>ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Aircraft experience, preferably on Falcon aircraft. </li><li>Experience in a production atmosphere. </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:</p> <p>The compensation for this position typically falls between $24 and $30 per hour. This position is eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for a shift differential or relocation assistance.
