<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Hours: 40</p> <p>Shift: 1st</p> <p>Status: Full Time</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Lead the children through all activities of the day, assuring they have an enjoyable, well-rounded, positive, educational, emotional and social experience using the Creative Curriculum.</p> <p>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Maintain a clean and safe environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Turn in Monthly Lesson Plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Comply with State, Local and Federal regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete State required 15 ECE training hours.</p> </li><li> <p>Exhibit good customer relations.</p> </li><li> <p>Comply with BHL and CDC Standards, policies, and procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a professional and positive relationship with parents and co-workers.</p> </li><li> <p>Respectful and courteous to all parents, children, and co-workers.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure the safety of all children in the classroom and never leave children unattended.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide developmentally appropriate daily activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a neat and organized classroom.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and respect confidentially of children and families in our program.</p> </li><li> <p>Record attendance, medicine administration, and accident/incident reports as needed.</p> </li></ol> <p>Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:</p> <p>A. High School Diploma or GED required</p> <p>B. CDA Certification within 2 years OR must obtain an Associate's Degree if not obtained in 2 years</p> <p>C. Some previous Childcare experience required</p> <p>D.
