<p>Job Title: Retail Marketing Coordinator</p> <p>TEG Level: HQ Associate</p> <p>Growth Path: Sr Manager, Director, Sr Director</p> <p>Reports to: Sr Manager of Marketing</p> <p>Brand/Product: Great Big Game Show</p> <p>The Role:</p> <p>Great Big Game Show is a brand-new experience from the creators of The Escape Game. We're currently open in 11 cities-and growing fast. By the end of the year, we'll be in 19 locations.</p> <p>The Digital Marketing Manager will help shape how people discover, talk about, and come back to Great Big Game Show. This role brings our brand to life online-from strategy to execution-across social media, email, influencer partnerships, PR, digital advertising, and the website.</p> <p>It's far more than just posting content and responding to comments-it's about crafting engaging digital experiences that spark word-of-mouth, grow a loyal community, and generate real excitement around the brand. Part strategist, part creator, this person blends sharp copywriting with our guest-obsessed hospitality culture, always looking for ways to inject fun, stay ahead of trends, and keep fans coming back for more.</p> <p>We prioritize culture fit over experience. It's important that you have skill and experience in a few of the areas below-we'll train you to confidently contribute across all of them.</p> <p>Pay:</p> <p>$50,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually. Salary is dependent on experience and skill fit.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Social Media</p> <p>Own the content calendar, write and publish posts, and keep our channels active, on-brand, and full of energy. Monitor trends, engage with the community, and find creative ways to keep fans talking.</p> <p>Email Marketing</p> <p>Create and optimize campaigns in Hubspot to promote store launches, offers, and announcements. Keep post-game email journeys fun, relevant, and focused on bringing guests back.</p> <p>Influencer Partnerships</p> <p>Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers and creators to boost local discovery and drive new customer acquisition. Manage outreach, gifting, and performance tracking to ensure every partnership delivers impact.</p> <p>Public Relations</p> <p>Lead media outreach for store openings and brand moments. Pitch stories, manage press lists, and coordinate with local PR partners to help keep Great Big Game Show in the conversation.</p> <p>Website Updates</p> <p>Make updates in our CMS to keep content current and conversion-optimized. Collaborate with design and development teams for larger projects and improvements.</p> <p>Digital Advertising</p> <p>Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms. Coordinate creative assets, monitor budgets, and report on campaign performance.</p> <p>Requirements & Expectations:</p> <ul> <li>Light (0-2 times per month) </li><li>40-50 hours per week.
