<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!</p> <ul> <li>Shift: Part Time; Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays with a 5am start time </li><li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO </li><li>Local Routes available: Owensboro and surrounding communities </li><li>Hourly Pay Rate: $20.25 plus mileage reimbursement </li></ul> <p>If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!</p> <p>Position responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>As a Merchandiser, you will support our Sales & Delivery Departments by ensuring our products are up to date, our brands are well represented, and our presence stands out in top retail stores nationwide</p> </li><li> <p>You will travel to retail stores to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along their route</p> </li><li> <p>Additionally, Merchandisers will help to maintain our relationships in the market by continuing to develop our supplier brands while providing best-in-class service</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis</p> </li><li> <p>Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>6 months plus of general work experience</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)</p> </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
