<p>Job Info</p> <p>POSITION: Distribution Fitter A - Greenwich</p> <p>NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 1</p> <p>LOCATION: CNG - CT - Stamford</p> <p>HOURLY RATE RANGE: $44.06 - $52.07</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>This is a DOT safety-sensitive position. Any applicant transferring into this department from a non-safety-sensitive position will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Any applicant transferring into the department or filling this position from the outside will be required to provide after hours and weekend emergency coverage on a rotating basis (on-call coverage).</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assists in laying and grading of mains and services, installation of leak clamps and other Distribution fittings. </li><li>Operates pneumatic paving breakers, jackhammers, tampers and other tools. </li><li>Drives truck as required. </li><li>Helps keep trucks and other equipment clean and orderly. </li><li>Upon completion of training, operate backhoe and other earth moving equipment in conjunction with CNG Operations.
