<p>Elbit Systems is an international high technology company engaged in a wide range of programs throughout the world, primarily in the defense and homeland security arenas</p> <p>We develop and supply a broad portfolio of airborne, land and naval systems and products for defense, homeland security and commercial applications</p> <p>We are looking for a Technical Project Manager - Naval Systems to join the ISTAR & EW Division</p> <p>As part of our naval systems team, you will lead innovative projects in the field of unmanned surface vessels (USVs), vessel modernization, and combat management systems (CMS), shaping the future of maritime defense technologies</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Serve as the chief engineering authority for complex naval projects</p> <p>Lead technical coordination and oversight across all development teams and stakeholders</p> <p>Ensure engineering solutions meet project requirements in terms of performance, quality, schedule, and budget</p> <p>Manage the full engineering lifecycle: from requirements analysis and system design to implementation and delivery</p> <p>Act as the primary engineering interface to program management</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in engineering or science - mandatory</p> <p>Strong naval or maritime background - significant advantage</p> <p>Willingness to travel abroad as needed</p> <p>Proven leadership experience (e.g., team leader, project lead) - mandatory</p> <p>At least 5 years of experience in the development and integration of multi-disciplinary systems (software, hardware, mechanics)</p> <p>Deep engineering knowledge and the ability to manage across various technical disciplines</p> <p>Strong decision-making skills, including prioritization, trade-off analysis, and engineering activity management</p> <ul> <li>Only suitable applicants will be contacted </li></ul> <p>#Haifa</p>
