<p>Fleet Coordinator</p> <p>Department: Corporate/Administrative</p> <p>Employment Type: Full Time</p> <p>Location: Pleasant Grove, UT</p> <p>Description</p> <p>At Horrocks, we believe the best work comes from companies with values, that our people are our greatest resource, and that we have a responsibility to the communities where we live and work. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of projects, taking ownership from start to finish.</p> <p>What are the core responsibilities for the role?</p> <ul> <li>Maintain electronic databases of leases, registration, inspections, recalls, and maintenance of fleet management </li><li>Ensure fleet availability to meet all request by scheduling, forecasting, and surveying current use </li><li>Weekly reporting of all mileage for company vehicles </li><li>Assist annual fleet review </li><li>Maintain fuel program and ensure proper usage and assignments </li><li>Coordinate the repair and maintenance of all company vehicles </li><li>Develop maintenance plans for all company vehicle types </li><li>Assist with the acquisition and disposal of company vehicles </li><li>Inform management of concerns or needs in a timely manner </li><li>Investigate and resolve all complaints, questions, and problems associated with company vehicles </li><li>Monitor driver performance to ensure compliance to policies, laws, and regulations </li><li>Help manage driver assignments </li><li>Assist with vehicle accident handling </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Basic knowledge of the vehicle leasing/purchasing process </li><li>A clean driving record </li><li>Knowledge of basic accounting concepts </li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills </li><li>Ability to prioritize, execute tasks, and meet deadlines </li><li>Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines </li><li>Ability to elicit cooperation from management, clients, and other departments </li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook platforms </li><li>Good understanding of vehicles and equipment </li><li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills </li><li>A desire to grow personally and professionally with each project while working in a team environment to create designs and drawings supporting our client's overall project goal </li></ul> <p>Why would a candidate want this job?</p> <p>At Horrocks, you can expect a competitive base salary and award-winning benefits.
