<p>Job Description</p> <p>Warehouse Associate</p> <p>Reports to: Facility Manager</p> <p>Classification: Non-Exempt</p> <p>SUMMARY</p> <p>The Warehouse Associate will be able to perform assigned operations and tasks safely and</p> <p>efficiently in a production environment. This individual will interact with customers, employees,</p> <p>managers, and regulatory representatives. Compensation is negotiable and based on experience.</p> <p>PRIMARY JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Unload and load vehicles </li><li>Unload and load processing equipment </li><li>Scan waste and weigh accuracy </li><li>Ensure container type and manifest are 100% accurate </li><li>Prepare records of receiving and production as needed </li><li>Safety and compliance with all relevant regulations </li><li>Report for and successfully complete all training as required </li><li>Review and sign manifests and shipping papers </li><li>Properly load and secure materials for transport </li><li>Operate tub wash unit ensuring the wash unit is operating properly </li><li>Remove clean tubs from the wash unit, inspect tubs and stack for loading onto assigned vehicle for re-use </li><li>Ensure housekeeping issues, e.g., spills cleaned up, the floor is dry, and debris not on the floor, etc., are addressed immediately. </li><li>Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred </li><li>Pleasant demeanor with other employees, customers, vendors and regulators </li><li>Position requires extensive lifting, walking, bending, climbing, pulling and pushing </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy carts </li><li>Knowledge of barcode scanning; Inventory management skills </li><li>Knowledge of Hazardous Materials and OSHA Regulations </li><li>Knowledge and ability to operate a powered industrial truck, e.g., forklift </li><li>Excellent organizational and prioritization skills </li><li>Quickly adapt to changing business demands </li><li>Quickly grasp and adapt to new tasks and protocols </li></ul> <p>EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK</p> <ul> <li>Able to work an agreed upon standard schedule </li><li>Additional hours as job duties demand </li></ul> <p>TRAVEL - OTHER</p> <ul> <li>Travel to domestic Trilogy facilities when necessary (less than 10%) </li><li>Must have a current, valid driver's license </li><li>Able to be insurable under our company's liability insurance policy </li></ul> <p>WORK CONDITIONS</p> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to</p> <p>successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
