We know the work-and we deeply value the people who do it.</p> <p>Qualifications: Who You Are:</p> <p>You hold an AMI or AMS Primary Credential</p> <p>You're warm, curious, observant, and deeply respectful of the child</p> <p>You believe in preparing a peaceful, purposeful environment that encourages independence and wonder</p> <p>You have experience working with children (Montessori experience strongly preferred)</p> <p>You are legally authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to complete background checks</p> <p>In training?
