Conduct other tasks as assigned that may include stripping and waxing of floors. Shift / Hours: Monday thru Friday 7am-3:30pm OR Monday thru Friday 6pm-2:30am</p> <p>Custodial Cleaner - Pressure Washing / Window Washing:</p> <p>Ability to operate a lift, knowledge of pressure operation; work at heights using a 1,500 to 3,000 psi pressure washer; work outdoors using ladders; operate equipment with a standard shift transmission; cleaning windows outside of buildings up to four (4) stories high requiring heavy physical effort; use poles up to 50 feet long in upright position; valid NYS drivers license required.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications Applicants must be physically able to perform medium to heavy physical labor, and able to understand and carry out written or oral instructions.
