<p>Job#: 3026667</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Clinical Epic Ambulatory Analyst</p> <p>Apex Systems</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>Apex Systems is seeking an experienced Clinical Epic Ambulatory Analyst to support build, implementation, and production support for EpicCare Ambulatory. This role partners closely with clinical stakeholders to ensure stable workflows, high system performance, and strong end-user satisfaction.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide build, implementation, and production support for EpicCare Ambulatory </li><li>Support clinical workflows, issue resolution, and system optimization </li><li>Participate in go-live events and post-implementation stabilization </li><li>Collaborate with clinicians and operational teams to deliver high-quality Epic solutions </li><li>Maintain system configuration, master files, and clinical integrations </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>EpicCare Ambulatory certification (current; no lapse) </li><li>5+ years of Epic Ambulatory experience </li><li>Strong background in build, implementation, and clinical production support </li><li>Customer-service focused with strong communication skills </li><li>Ability to travel occasionally for go-live support </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Residency in NC, SC, or VA </li><li>Community Connect experience </li><li>MyChart and/or Regulatory (MU) proficiency </li></ul> <p>Technical Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Clinical production support expertise </li><li>Proficient in order transmittal and Epic print mapping </li><li>EMP/SER master file maintenance experience </li><li>Surescripts / ePrescribing experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
