<p>Job Description</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>Fabletics is seeking a passionate Recruiter dedicated to Marketing & Creative functions, as well as supporting hiring activity as needed in other key business areas including technology, finance, product creation and more.</p> <p>In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to build strong relationships and drive end-to-end recruiting efforts-from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing top talent.</p> <p>How Do You Fit In?</p> <p>As a Recruiter, you will leverage your talent acquisition expertise to attract and engage top talent across your assigned business areas. You bring strong sourcing skills, sound judgment, and a high level of accountability.</p> <p>Success in this role requires resourcefulness, adaptability, and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.</p> <p>This position reports to the VP, Talent Acquisition.</p> <p>What You Can Bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or a mix)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience recruiting for operational, corporate, or business functions (e.g., supply chain, customer service, finance, or similar)</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through</p> </li><li> <p>Experience using sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and creative approaches to build pipelines</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment</p> </li><li> <p>Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.</p> </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have (We'll Teach You!)</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in an ATS (Workday preferred) </li></ul> <p>What You Will Do</p> <p>Full-Cycle Recruiting</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead intake meetings, align on role requirements, and advise hiring managers on market insights</p> </li><li> <p>Source, screen, and manage candidates through the full interview process</p> </li><li> <p>Drive offer negotiations and close candidates with a strong focus on experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Pipeline Building</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proactively build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs</p> </li><li> <p>Leverage multiple sourcing channels and creative strategies to attract talent</p> </li></ul> <p>Data & Process Excellence</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure data integrity and support reporting and insights as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder Communication</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide clear, consistent updates to hiring managers and candidates</p> </li><li> <p>Manage expectations and drive timely decision-making</p> </li></ul> <p>Recruiting Initiatives</p> <ul> <li>Support recruiting projects and process improvements in partnership with the broader TA/People team </li></ul> <p>Where we are:</p> <ul> <li>This role will be based in our El Segundo Headquarters </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Total Rewards:</p> <p>At Fabletics, we believe work and life should fit together!?We continue to build a culture of flexibility, to empower you to do your best and put yourself first.?Our Total Rewards program rewards employees for their hard work, supporting their health, well-being, families, and ultimately their life journey. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to?pay?for the role.
