Success in this role requires maintaining and enhancing a robust and consistent control environment across Loyalty.</p> <p>As a Loyalty Product Delivery, Senior Associate in Connected Commerce you should demonstrate a structured approach, keen attention to detail, a focus on quality, high energy, and adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You should be a strong collaborator, and represent the team with professional courtesy and expertise, consistently delivering impeccable work.</p> <p>Job responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Cutivate professional relationships across a matrixed environment </li><li>Identify, analyze and report key risk indicators and conduct studies to enhance effectiveness of operational practices, including using data to inform decisions. </li><li>Understand key business functions / knowledge of regulation surrounding business </li><li>Communicate/ present effectively to stakeholders and partners </li><li>Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills including collaboration and relationship building </li><li>Work autonomously managing competing priorities to achieve the most effective result and able to make subjective and informed decisions based upon output </li><li>Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of management and business processes </li><li>Design new functionality to enhance the existing ecosystem </li><li>Monitor adherence to policies and procedures and analyze impacts with guidance for identifying and implementing solutions/corrective action. </li><li>Participate in, and where needed, implement cross functional initiatives to drive efficiencies. </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities and skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree with major in accounting, finance or economics, business administration, or risk management </li><li>5+ years of financial service experience in operations, data handling, and business analytics related functions </li><li>Candidates should be action oriented with a focus on results, display strong analytical skills, be able to assess and clearly articulate complex ideas and possess creativity </li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication skills (both oral and written) </li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and LLM Suite </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills</p> <ul> <li>Masters degree or equivalent experience is preferred </li><li>Proficient knowledge of data analytics tools and processes with knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau preferred. </li></ul>
