<p>Job Title: RF Technician</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Join our team as a Test Technician and become an integral part of our operations in Lancaster, PA. You will play a vital role in testing, troubleshooting, and building/repairing production and prototype TWT and/or Power Supply equipment.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Test, troubleshoot, and repair production and prototype TWT and Power Supply equipment. </li><li>Assemble electronic components in accordance with specifications. </li><li>Utilize test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multi-meters, power supplies, and waveform generators. </li><li>Analyze data sources to assist in process control improvements. </li><li>Maintain high standards of work safety and precautionary habits. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in electronics, with a focus on power supplies and TWT. </li><li>Experience using test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multi-meters, and waveform generators. </li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills in the electronics field. </li><li>Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in the defense industry is advantageous. </li><li>Familiarity with high voltage electrical apparatus. </li><li>Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position is based in our Lancaster facility, working on a 1st shift schedule.
