Flexibility and modern work culture.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure completeness and accuracy of all daily transaction processing </li><li>Oversee client billing and collections </li><li>Oversee vendor invoice processing and payment </li><li>Oversee bi-monthly payroll processing </li><li>Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable requirements </li><li>Perform monthly accounting reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts </li><li>Manage the month-end close process </li><li>Assist with the development of financial budgets </li><li>Prepare and analyze financial reporting </li><li>Ad-hoc operational reporting and related analysis </li><li>Manage other internal support staff in varying capacities </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance or related field </li><li>Experience in Senior/Accounting Manager or Controller position </li><li>Develop and prepare forecasts and other financial modeling to assist in operational decision making </li><li>Responsibility of all Treasury functions (Cash/Liquidity/Risk Management, Bank Relationships, Debt Management) </li><li>Experience in managing workload for the team and supervising the completion of work </li><li>Proficiency in Accounting Software </li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all departments </li><li>Excellent communicator, both written and verbal </li><li>Must have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy </li></ul> <p>Salary: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00</p> <p>Benefits: We offer tremendous growth and development opportunities, flexible work schedules, and a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to include Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Long-Term Disability, 401k, Paid Time Off, Volunteer Time Off, Work-Life Balance, Culture, and More!</p> <p>EOE</p>
