We currently have training classes that start regularly!</p> <p>Why make the move to MTM Transit?</p> <ul> <li> <p>$22.66 per hour</p> </li><li> <p>Affordable benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision</p> </li><li> <p>Paid Training & Overtime</p> </li><li> <p>Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off (PTO)</p> </li><li> <p>401(k) with Company Match</p> </li><li> <p>Internal career growth opportunities</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll need:</p> <p>Experience, Education & Certifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent</p> </li><li> <p>Must be 21 years of age or older</p> </li><li> <p>Must possess a valid California CDL Class B/A with passenger endorsement and air brake testing</p> </li><li> <p>Must have a minimum of 3 years driving history</p> </li><li> <p>No DWI/DUI charges</p> </li><li> <p>No suspensions, moving violations, or at fault accidents in the last 7 years</p> </li><li> <p>Must pass criminal background check investigation & Motor Vehicle record check</p> </li><li> <p>Valid authorization to work in the United States</p> </li><li> <p>Must provide a resume with a minimum of 10 years work history</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to use a tablet, GPS, two-way radio, or other electronic device</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate with others and comprehend instructions</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to understand highway traffic signs, signals, maps, manifests, and schedules</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to obtain knowledge of FTA, ADA, and DOT regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with the main roadways and major highways in the service area</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide safe and reliable transportation</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Must assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicle</p> </li><li> <p>Must assist with any mobility device and securement as required for safety protocols</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure the on-time pick-up and drop off of the customer</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates understanding and sensitivity to the needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities</p> </li><li> <p>Complete thorough vehicle pre-trip, post-trip, and DVI inspections as required</p> </li><li> <p>Complete paperwork as required</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize tablets or electronic devices as required</p> </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer: MTM is an equal opportunity employer.
