<p>Title: Inside Agreement Sales</p> <p>Salary: $50K/yr. + 10% commission</p> <p>Qualifications Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred however, prior equivalent experience and training will be considered in lieu of formal degree. </li><li>Minimum of two (2) years' experience in service-related sales preferred however equivalent education, experience and training will be considered. </li><li>Must be persistent with a high tolerance for rejection. </li><li>Prior experience with cranes is a plus! </li><li>A basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles. </li><li>Experience meeting monthly minimum sales quotas and CRM funnel size. </li><li>Must have demonstrated leadership experience. </li></ul> <p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Meeting assigned sales targets for agreement-based services and new business development. </li><li>Taking existing funnels from vacant territories and closing open offers to new agreement customers. </li><li>Calling customers from a list of target accounts provided by Sales and Operational Development Manager or developed by the vacant representative to further pursue new agreement. </li><li>Conduct frequent and regular follow up contact for all open sales cases. Assign any sales cases that require customer site visits to the designated sales resource. </li><li>Maintain customer and contact information in the CRM software, as required. Ensure strict compliance with all requirements of the Contract Retention policy. </li><li>Qualify all new prospects for credit worthiness. Check D&B ratings and obtain credit application, if appropriate. Obtain tax-exempt certificate, if required. </li><li>Maintain the sales funnel according to the established KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) for Funnel Quality Reporting. Provide other reports to management as requested. </li></ul> <p>Duties to include but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Calling customers. </li><li>Adjusting sales offers. </li><li>Acquiring necessary forms for customer set up. </li><li>Maintaining CRM funnel quality. </li><li>Prepare or assist in developing price estimates for agreement using established worksheets, guidelines, and input from the agreement specialist department. </li><li>Assist in other customer relations or collection efforts.
