This is your opportunity to take an active role in assisting individuals on their health and wellness journey and leading a team of nurses to support the Restore mission.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>IV Therapy (within LPN scope; RN must be onsite for all medical services)</p> <ul> <li>Prepare IV supplies and equipment. </li><li>Start peripheral IVs with documented competency and RN onsite. </li><li>Prime lines with premixed fluids only. </li><li>Monitor infusion sites for infiltration, phlebitis, or reactions and report changes immediately to the RN. </li><li>Discontinue IV lines according to policy. </li><li>Document infusion start/stop times and observations. </li><li>Medication Administration (IM & IV) </li><li>Administer intramuscular injections under standing provider orders and RN supervision. </li><li>Flush IV lines with normal saline. </li><li>Reinforce RN-delivered client education. </li><li>Support checking clients in and out of retail POS system </li><li>Provide other services to clients such as Compression, Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy and Infrared sauna </li></ul> <p>LPNs May NOT:</p> <ul> <li>Mix or push IV additives. </li><li>Independently manage multiple active infusions. </li><li>Interpret labs or create plans of care. </li><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>You're a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). </li><li>You have at least 1 year of experience starting peripheral IVs. </li><li>You are BLS (Basic Life Support) certified </li><li>You have at least one year of experience administering injections. </li><li>You maintain a non-judgemental outlook and have a demonstrated ability to work with a diverse clientele. </li><li>Your verbal and written communication skills are on point. </li><li>You value ethics and integrity. </li><li>You embrace a team environment and also excel at working independently. </li><li>You're willing to adhere to all policies and procedures and understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance. </li></ul>
