Parent company CIRCOR International is headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts and CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense is headquartered in Corona, California.</p> <p>POSITION DETAILS</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <ul> <li>The Shipper position is responsible for preparation and shipment of all outgoing product. Enters equipment information into appropriate management information systems/records and performs shipping functions for the facility. </li><li>Prepare items to be shipped to both domestic and international locations and completes the required forms and documents </li><li>Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies; submits Purchase Requests and orders supplies when needed </li><li>Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives </li><li>Determines method of shipment and prepares bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents. </li><li>Examines shipment contents and compares with records, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy. </li></ul> <p>CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Read, write, speak and understand English. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Strong analytical skills, ability to multi-task. </li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills, detail oriented. </li><li>Related experience required </li><li>Process all shipments via UPS/FedEx/DHL (International shipping a Plus) </li><li>Follow up on shipments if needed </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Email, Access. </li><li>Prepare and execute all necessary paperwork involved within the shipping activities </li><li>Capable of identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner </li><li>Processes shipments per instructions on shipping documents </li><li>Responsible to coordinate everyday Shipping </li><li>Previous inbound and outbound shipping experience </li><li>Previous filing and data entry experience. </li><li>Must be able lift up to 25 lbs. </li><li>Must be reliable </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent </li></ul> <p>PAY RANGE: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour (+ Shift Differential $0.75 per hour, if applicable).</p> <p>Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.</p> <p>CIRCOR is an EEO Employer of Females/Minorities/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities</p>
