Be part of a supportive and dynamic team that is committed to your success every step of the way.</p> <p>Pay rate: $35 - $40/hr.</p> <p>Schedule: Part time, weekend shift Saturday - Sunday, 6am - 6pm</p> <p>Facilities Maintenance Technician essential tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift up to 75lbs and climb ladders. </li><li>Capable of performing light carpentry and painting tasks. </li><li>Stay updated on safety and code changes through seminars and education. </li><li>Communicate effectively with owners, representatives, or supervisors about work performed and system status. </li><li>Knowledge and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are required. </li><li>Able to use tools like voltage testers and multi-meters to verify electrical current. </li><li>Complete preventive maintenance tasks, assist with other trades, and adhere to company policies and safety standards. </li></ul> <p>This is a direct hire position with benefits offered by our client including paid training, 401k with match, tuition reimbursement, PTO accrual, and more!</p> <p>Be part of a company that values growth, opportunity, and excellence.
