Job Summary The Head of Ecosystem Partners will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Allvue's ecosystem partnership strategy. This role will identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships with complementary technology providers and service organizations that enhance Allvue's platform capabilities and create additional value for our clients. The position involves negotiating commercial terms, overseeing technical implementations, managing partner relationships, and driving revenue growth through collaborative go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities Partnership Development & Management Collaborate with stakeholders in product management, sales and finance to identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential ecosystem partners (like Octaura, Cognaize, Alphastream, Claira, Loan Hunter) that offer solutions complementary to Allvue's product offerings Negotiate commercial terms and structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements with ecosystem partners Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, including Bloomberg and other established integrations Create and implement a strategic framework for evaluating, onboarding, and managing ecosystem partnerships Establish clear KPIs to measure partnership success and return on investment Technical Implementation & Product Collaboration Work closely with Allvue's product and engineering teams to facilitate successful technical integration of partner solutions Coordinate with product management to create roadmaps for partner integrations Ensure partner integrations meet quality standards and deliver value to clients Document integration processes and maintain partnership integration specifications Stay informed about partner product updates and coordinate necessary changes to integrations Revenue Generation & Go-to-Market Strategy Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive revenue growth Set sales targets and review pipeline with Allvue sales representatives and partners Educate the Allvue sales team about partner solutions and integration benefits Create sales enablement materials to support the promotion of partner integrations Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client base Reporting & Stakeholder Management Provide regular status updates on partnership activities to executive leadership and the Board of Directors Track and report on partnership performance metrics and ROI Create comprehensive partnership business reviews for internal and external stakeholders Manage partner-related escalations and ensure timely resolution Represent Allvue at industry events and partner conferences SI & Implementation Partner Management Establish and manage commercial relationships with systems integrators and implementation partners Create partner enablement programs to ensure partners are equipped to implement Allvue solutions Develop certification programs for implementation partners Monitor implementation quality and customer satisfaction with partner-led implementations Requirements 7+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or alliance management, preferably in fintech, financial services, or SaaS Proven track record of negotiating and structuring complex commercial agreements Experience working with technical teams to implement and maintain system integrations Strong understanding of the alternative investment management ecosystem and related technologies Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies with partners Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences Preferred Qualifications Experience with private equity, private debt, or fund administration software Knowledge of CLOs, syndicated loans, or structured credit markets MBA or other advanced degree Experience managing SI and implementation partners Understanding of API integrations and technical requirements for software partnerships Familiarity with companies like Octaura, Martini.ai, Claira, Loan Hunter, or similar fintech ecosystem partners Education/Certifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field What We Offer Health Coverage options along with other voluntary benefits Enterprise Udemy membership with access to thousands of personal and professional development courses 401K with Company match up to 4% or Employee Pension plan Competitive pay and year-end bonus potential Flexible PTO Charitable Donation matching, along with Volunteer and Voting PTO Numerous team building activities to promote collaboration in a fun and fast-paced work environment EEOC Statement Allvue Systems provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) for all employees and applicants for employment.
