Our teams go beyond the expected to help clients move confidently through ambiguity and risk and drive more transformative outcomes.</p> <p>The AI Architect will join our consulting team for a strategic engagement focused on advancing Generative AI maturity within a large enterprise organization.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide architectural leadership, establish standards, and drive the adoption of enterprise-level Generative AI practices</p> </li><li> <p>Develop relationships and build trust</p> </li><li> <p>Enterprise Standards Development</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the creation and documentation of Generative AI architectural standards</p> </li><li> <p>Define standards for AI agent platforms, frameworks, and tooling</p> </li><li> <p>Establish observability and monitoring best practices for AI systems</p> </li><li> <p>Create comprehensive technical documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic Architecture & Thought Leadership</p> </li><li> <p>Provide thought leadership on industry best practices for Generative AI</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with client teams to deliver strategic guidance and support</p> </li><li> <p>Drive adoption of Generative AI practices across the enterprise</p> </li><li> <p>Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends</p> </li><li> <p>Application Archetypes & Patterns</p> </li><li> <p>Design and document architecture diagrams for common AI use cases</p> </li><li> <p>Create reusable patterns and reference architectures</p> </li><li> <p>Define application archetypes for various Generative AI implementations</p> </li><li> <p>Model Lifecycle Management</p> </li><li> <p>Document best practices for large vs. small language model selection</p> </li><li> <p>Define processes for model approval including security and legal review workflows</p> </li><li> <p>Establish governance frameworks for AI model deployment</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with 2+ years focused on AI/ML </li><li>Deep expertise in Generative AI technologies, LLMs, and AI agent frameworks </li><li>Experience with AI observability and monitoring platforms </li><li>Knowledge of model governance and compliance frameworks </li><li>Previous consulting experience in advisory/strategic roles </li><li>Proven experience establishing enterprise-wide technical standards </li><li>Strong background in highly regulated or enterprise environments </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. For this position, the hourly pay range is $90/hr-$110/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
