<p>Req Id: 36286</p> <p>Job Title: Senior Program Administrator</p> <p>City: Indianapolis</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Senior Program Administrator will be instrumental in optimizing workflow, providing strategic support, and ultimately contributing to increased retention and graduation rates at Purdue University Indianapolis. Serves as a primary point of contact with critical stakeholders to evaluate, analyze, understand, and communicate data needs related to student success technologies. Works collaboratively with partners in Teaching and Learning Strategic Initiatives, Academic Success Center, Office of the Registrar, University Undergraduate Academic Advising, academic colleges/departments, Purdue IT, Purdue Online, and other stakeholders regarding individualized student success needs and objectives. Additionally, the role will contribute to the ongoing support and maintenance of BoilerConnect, the Student Engagement Hub, and Smart Plan's long term needs to align with the overall goals and objectives in a strategic and intentional approach.</p> <p>Working under limited supervision, the senior program administration specialist serves as a seasoned professional contributor charged with supporting the Office of the Provost undergraduate student success objectives by facilitating greater strategic use of the enterprise level student success technology platforms, BoilerConnect, the Student Engagement Hub, and Smart Plan. Working to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on Purdue in Indianapolis student success results specialized around coordination of proactive interventions utilizing academic and student success technology platforms.</p> <p>This position will play a crucial role in enhancing student success by:</p> <ul> <li>Supporting the use of critical tools for student retention and graduation </li><li>Ensuring targeted assessment of tool usage and impact </li><li>Assisting the Director with facilitating the start-up of the Student Engagement Hub </li><li>Maximizing individualized student attention, guidance, and support </li></ul> <p>Ideal for detail-oriented individuals seeking a position with meaningful student interaction.
