<p>Description</p> <p>Kimberton Whole Foods is looking for a part-time Dishwasher at our Commissary Kitchen in Downingtown!</p> <p>Schedule: Part-time. Sunday and Tuesday dayshifts required and various weekday dayshifts up to 24 hours a week.</p> <p>Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.</p> <p>Location: Kimberton Whole Foods Distribution Center/Commissary Kitchen</p> <p>Address: 1208 Horseshoe Pike, Downingtown PA 19335</p> <ul> <li>Please note: The location listed for this position is not the Downingtown retail store location. This is the KWF Distribution Center/Commissary Kitchen. </li></ul> <p>Hourly Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 depending on experience</p> <p>Benefits: Part-time team members are eligible for a 15% store discount after 60 days and a 401K with matching 3% after one year and 1000 hours worked.</p> <ul> <li>Please Note: Kimberton Whole Foods does not hire seasonally or for periods of less than one year </li></ul> <p>The Commissary Dishwasher's primary responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Wash sheet pans, pots, pans, food storage containers and lids, utensils and silverware </li><li>Maintain cleanliness of dish station and three compartment sink area </li><li>Test and record sanitizer concentration levels </li><li>Deep clean all equipment to include: ovens, cook tops, reach in refrigerators, walk-in refrigerators, workstations, cooking racks, tables and hot cook line per weekly and daily cleaning lists or as assigned by Commissary Manager or Kitchen Supervisor. </li><li>Sweep and mop the kitchen floor, clean all common areas and bathrooms. </li><li>Empty kitchen and building trash and recycling items and dispose in appropriate dumpsters, clean kitchen waste containers. </li><li>Wash, peel, and cut various foods, such as fruits and vegetables, to prepare for cooking. </li><li>Packaging prepared foods, wraps, soups, and salad dressings </li><li>Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed and provide cooks with needed items </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Physical Capabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Full Sense Range (Vision, Hearing, and Sense of Smell) - the ability to read product labels, distinguish color and smell for quality control as well as the ability to communicate with customers and co-workers. </li><li>Lifting, Gripping and Carrying Objects - Up to 50 to 75 pounds frequently, including boxes, cans, tools, and other products. </li><li>Stooping, Squatting, and Kneeling - Stoop and maneuver to pick up boxes from shelving and carts. </li><li>Walking - Short distances to bring items from miscellaneous areas. </li><li>Standing - Prolonged standing. </li><li>Work Environment - Movement based with the majority of time being in motion (walking/standing) rather than sedentary (sitting). </li><li>Climate - Ability to work in cold environments (cooler, freezer, back stock area) and handle cold products for extended periods of time on a regular basis. Ability to work in a hot environment seasonally. </li></ul>
