In this role, you will act as the key liaison between shippers and carriers, managing transportation solutions and ensuring smooth, cost-effective freight movements. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at negotiation, and love building lasting relationships, we'd love to meet you.</p> <p>Principle Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Source and Build Carrier Relationships: Vet and qualify carriers, Match loads with qualified capacity, develop and manage carrier networks.</p> </li><li> <p>Cover loads Efficiently: Negotiate rates with carriers and ensure competitive pricing for clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the load Lifecycle: Track and trace shipments, providing proactive updates to clients. Resolve transportation issues, delays, or disputes efficiently.</p> </li><li> <p>Market Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and market trends.</p> </li><li> <p>Own Your Desk: Use logistics software and tools to manage shipments and documentation.
