(DOE) + Overtime Available</p> <p>1st Shift | 8-Hour Shift</p> <p>Full-Time | Hiring Now</p> <p>Hiring Now - Start ASAP</p> <p>We're looking for someone who can plan the work AND understand the work.</p> <p>If you've got a maintenance background and know how to organize jobs, parts, and people to keep equipment running, this is a high-impact role where you'll drive uptime and efficiency every day.</p> <p>A Day in the Life</p> <ul> <li>Start your day reviewing work orders and production priorities </li><li>Build and adjust maintenance schedules based on real-time needs </li><li>Walk the floor to identify equipment issues and upcoming work </li><li>Coordinate with techs to assign jobs and line up resources </li><li>Jump in to help troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues when needed </li><li>Make sure parts, tools, and labor are ready before work starts </li><li>Track progress and update CMMS with completed work </li><li>Adjust plans on the fly to keep downtime as low as possible </li></ul> <p>What You'll Work With</p> <ul> <li>Packaging lines, conveyors, and processing equipment </li><li>Motors, pumps, compressors, and drive systems </li><li>Electrical systems: wiring, panels, controls, transformers </li><li>HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and facility equipment </li></ul> <p>Tools & Systems:</p> <ul> <li>CMMS/work order systems (scheduling + tracking) </li><li>Multimeters and diagnostic tools </li><li>Blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals </li><li>Inventory and parts tracking systems </li></ul> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <ul> <li>Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work </li><li>Coordinate labor, parts, and tools for efficient execution </li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues when needed </li><li>Prioritize breakdowns and adjust schedules quickly </li><li>Ensure all maintenance work is documented and tracked </li><li>Monitor downtime, performance, and maintenance KPIs </li><li>Help improve maintenance processes and reduce repeat issues </li><li>Follow all safety standards (OSHA, LOTO, etc.) </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Skills Desired</p> <ul> <li>3-5+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical and/or electrical) </li><li>Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordinating maintenance work </li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of equipment </li><li>Experience with CMMS systems </li><li>Ability to prioritize, organize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>Apply Today</p> <p>We're actively interviewing and filling this role quickly-apply now to get scheduled.</p>
