You will respond to various requests, streamline communication, manage reports and ensure ongoing compliance and improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing eight direct reports (primarily on-site and one remote), including managing a call center position. Additionally, you will assist with budget control, focusing on quarterly financials and efficient resource allocation.
