Responsible for providing analytic, project management and administrative support to BJI VP Operations. Facilitates and supports operational functions including strategic planning, budgeting and finance, analysis, and decision-making processes. Works closely with administrative and clinical leadership. Translates strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensures alignment with organizational goals.</p> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Administration </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years' experience in healthcare environment, managing and presenting programmatic metrics of success, experience in developing business plans to support programmatic growth </li></ul> <p>Language Skills:</p> <ul> <li>English </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge and experience in using QlikView and/or Tableau </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft office software including excel, power point, and word </li><li>Proficient in use of SharePoint </li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop and present business plans to support programmatic growth </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills </li><li>Demonstrated ability work as a member of a team </li></ul> <p>We take great care of careers.</p> <p>With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth.
