Every unit you build contributes directly to our quality promise. In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Read and follow work instructions and prints </li><li>Align, fit, and assemble components using hand and power tools, fixtures, and hoists </li><li>Clean and prepare parts using manual and automated equipment </li><li>Test completed assemblies to ensure exceptional performance </li><li>Serialize components and maintain accurate workflow </li><li>Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>Ability to read and understand prints - or the willingness to learn </li><li>At least one year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) </li><li>Strong attention to detail, dependable work ethic, and a commitment to quality </li></ul> <p>The Physical Side</p> <p>This is a hands-on, active role. You'll stand, bend, twist, use hand tools, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
