You'll help manage ourlocation and help create a positive relationship between the customer and our company.</p> <p>If that is you, then apply today!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Installation Manager Job Description:</p> <p>Manage all aspects of the job, post sale, from measure to completion of installation</p> <p>Oversee Warehouse Manager to ensure deliveries are unloaded and accounted for</p> <p>Recruit, train and manage window installers, measure technicians and service technicians</p> <p>Calculate material and labor breakdown for all job costing</p> <p>Order windows and job materials from distributor</p> <p>Schedule installation with customers</p> <p>Provide a positive experience to our customers through ensuring installers perform at a high level</p> <p>Turn in installer labor invoices weekly</p> <p>Manage post installation service platform</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Installation Manager Job Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must have experience measuring for replacement windows </li><li>Be highly organized and have great communication skills, both verbal and written </li><li>Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail </li><li>Be a self-starter </li><li>Be able to work both proactively and reactively, and demonstrate a sense of urgency </li><li>Have the desire to learn, grow and get better each day </li><li>Be a competitor and want to win </li><li>5 years of experience in window installation or project management is a plus </li><li>More Details </li><li>Full time - 50% administrative and 50% field work </li><li>Pay range - Salary to be commensurate with experience between $80K-$100k </li><li>Bonuses - quarterly and year end bonuses for exemplary performance </li><li>Benefits Include: </li><li>health insurance </li><li>401K </li><li>2 week's paid vacation </li><li>paid holidays </li><li>vehicle allowance </li><li>cell phone allowance </li></ul> <p>#INDO</p>
