<p>Field Operations Supervisor</p> <p>Department: North Ridgeville Account Mgrs 168001</p> <p>Employment Type: Full Time</p> <p>Location: North Ridgeville</p> <p>Reporting To: Nathaniel Rubeck</p> <p>Compensation: $58,000 - $60,000 / year</p> <p>Description</p> <p>The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily route operations and ensuring efficient daily coverage for market servicing. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges, support Drivers and Merchandisers, and maintain compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p> <p>Operations & Logistics:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor warehouse areas for left-behind products and notify drivers/RBMs. </li><li>Manage jumper schedules, coverage assignments, and service rotations. </li><li>Coordinate with RBMs on call-offs, route adjustments, and operational needs. </li><li>Track and communicate real-time issues to relevant teams. </li></ul> <p>Market Oversight & Training:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct market visits to ensure SOP compliance and gather client feedback. </li><li>Oversee market refreshes, inventory alignment, and equipment checks. </li><li>Train and support new merchandisers and RBMs on best practices. </li><li>Lead market tours for employees from other divisions. </li></ul> <p>Scheduling & Communication:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and distribute weekly route, service, and Saturday schedules. </li><li>Maintain training materials and route documentation. </li><li>Provide updates on procedural changes to merchandisers. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Experience in route operations, logistics, or field supervision preferred </li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and leadership abilities. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. </li><li>Proficiency in scheduling and operational planning. </li><li>Willingness to travel for market visits and team support. </li><li>Willingness to get a Chauffeurs license (if applicable). </li><li>Ability to acquire a DOT physical. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>We prioritize the health, wellness and work-life balance of our team members and designed our comprehensive compensation packages to reflect that.</p> <ul> <li>Full-time team members are eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, parental leave, 401(k) with company match, at-work dining perks, flexible schedules, generous PTO, and a total rewards program.
