Champions and leads disruptive business innovation. Provides thought leadership around the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. Drives change management to achieve business transformation objectives. Supports end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards. Plans transitions of customer solution landscapes. Drives deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs. Supports pre-sales activities. Performs solution reviews and feasibility studies. Supports in escalated projects. Occasionally takes over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivery. Supports line manager(s) in people development tasks. Delivers customer workshops and trainings. Supports in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success. Introduces SAP and industry leading practices for complex business requirements based on experience. Drives the evolution of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas; can be owner of a service and/or initiates updates to the portfolio. Drives the creation of templates, common practices and supporting service delivery artifacts in order to optimize business processes. Mentors business process consultants.</p> <p>Education and Occupational Experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.</p> <p>Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:</p> <p>Experience must include five (5) years involving each of the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Master Data Governance (MDG), Material Management, Finance and Custom Object;</p> </li><li> <p>Data Quality Management (DQM), Master Data Consolidation and Mass Processing;</p> </li><li> <p>ABAP, Object Oriented ABAP, MDG-Workflows and Business Rules Framework (BRF);</p> </li><li> <p>Development using ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) and Cloud Application Programming (CAP) on Business Technology Platform (BTP);</p> </li><li> <p>SQL, HANA, Core Data Services (CDS), Microsoft C#.Net and C++;</p> </li><li> <p>Performance optimization utilizing ST12, ST05 and HANA Query Analyzer; and</p> </li><li> <p>Server Groupware Integration with CRM.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel: Position requires up to 30% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated customer sites and SAP offices for presentations and review.</p> <p>This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in the</p>
