<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 3 years of development, production support experience with SQL / DB2, Unix. </li><li>Required understanding of Sales force Marketing Cloud functionalities. </li><li>Good to have experience in ETL, DataStage. </li><li>Good to have experience in deploying the code through DevOps pipeline. </li><li>Good to have the domain knowledge of marketing campaigns. </li><li>Good to understand the APIs. </li></ul> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Work with business partners and gather the requirements. </li><li>Based on the given business requirements, candidate should be able to come up with the best solution, develop and support the requirement along with the offshore team. </li><li>Candidate will have to work on the Adhoc tasks or request from business or any other application teams. </li><li>Candidate should be able to participate in all the status meetings along with all the Agile Scrum events. The candidate will be part of core agile delivery team member. </li></ul> <p>Generic Managerial Skills, If any</p> <ul> <li>The candidate should have experience in working with business partners and should be able to participate effectively in business requirements gathering discussions. </li><li>Candidate is required to co-ordinate with offshore team for the code review, delivery of the business requirements.
