This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting both patients and providers in a highly collaborative, patient-focused specialty clinic.</p> <p>As a key member of the Neurosurgery team, the RN plays a vital administrative and clinical support role, focusing primarily on phone triage, suture/staple removals in-office, patient education, coordination of care, rooming patients and documentation support through platforms such as MyChart. This position is ideal for nurses who enjoy patient interaction and problem-solving while working in a fast-paced outpatient specialty setting. The RN will occasionally assist with patient rooming if needed, but the core of this role is care coordination and communication.</p> <p>Successful candidates bring strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills, along with a compassionate and proactive approach to supporting both patients and the surgical care team.
