Aide (EduStaff)</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>Simpson Middle School</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma </li><li>Meets highly qualified paraprofessional standards. </li><li>Demonstrates interest in children and education. </li><li>Experience assisting students with multiple challenges. </li><li>Ability to follow prescribed positive behavioral management and instructional program. </li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills. </li><li>Such additional qualifications as Administration may find appropriate and acceptable. </li></ul> <p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Follow behavior plans and student needs as directed. </li><li>Assist students with their activities of daily living as needed. </li><li>Provide instructional activities to students under the supervision of the teacher. </li><li>Accompany students to all school settings as assigned by the principal and teacher. </li><li>Keep accurate records as required. </li><li>Attend training as directed by the district. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the teacher and principal. </li></ul> <p>Work Year:</p> <p>Student days only</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>$16.52/ hour</p> <p>Posting Deadline:</p> <p>Until Filled</p>
