You have found the right team!</p> <p>As a Market Readiness Associate on the Market Management & Client Solutioning team, you will play a key role in supporting initiatives that leverage data-driven insights and emerging technology to enhance the effectiveness of treasury sales teams across all industry and market segments within the Commercial Bank. You will utilize your project management, data analytics, and storytelling skills to help develop and optimize internal training, resources, and client-facing materials to drive strategic client engagement.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with strategy leads to manage an ambitious, data-driven roadmap of projects across various industry and treasury solution cohorts. </li><li>Help create client messaging materials using market data and visual tools to effective, industry-specific conversation starters and pitchbooks to sales teams. </li><li>Support the development and coordination of sales readiness plans to help bring new innovative treasury solutions to market. </li><li>Leverage AI and automation to enhance efficiency and help drive innovate ways to strategically deliver. </li><li>Support the development and delivery of industry and persona-based sales-focused training programs. </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities and skills</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of relevant experience in go-to-market strategy, product management, product marketing, communications, treasury management sales, or business to business sales. </li><li>Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Shorthand, and internal applications. </li><li>Strong data analytics skills, including the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to support business decision-making. </li><li>Advanced project management skills to manage multiple, diverse engagements with strong attention to detail. </li><li>Exceptional writing skills and proven experience communicating key value messages across matrixed organizations. </li><li>Proven ability as a self-starter, detail oriented, well organized and able to multi-task effectively. </li><li>High level of independence, energy and integrity; demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles, and accepts accountability and responsibility. </li><li>Inquisitive thinker with passion for understanding our clients' business and needs. </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge and experience selling payment solutions or treasury solutions. </li><li>Experience in notable product marketing campaigns, marketing collateral and successful pilot and rollout execution. </li><li>Degree or experience in data science, business intelligence, AI, or business analytics. </li></ul>
