Employees in this position will perform the following:</p> <ul> <li>Take a status report from the previous dispatcher </li><li>Log on to Rescue Net </li><li>Sign into the Dispatch Log </li><li>Review Crewscheduler for the scheduled units to plan the work flow for the shift </li><li>Provide accurate ETA's to the Call Takers for emergency calls </li><li>Monitor the board and update on a regular basis </li><li>Log any incidents to the Dispatch Log </li><li>Report any unusual incidents to the management team </li><li>Speak and understand the English Language </li><li>Properly operate the computer and the software suite provided by the company </li><li>Properly operate the phone and other communications system provided </li><li>Speak to clients, customers and colleagues in a professional manner </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>HS Diploma or GED Equivalent required </li></ul> <p>Salary Range</p> <p>USD $20.00 - USD $28.87 /Hr.</p> <p>This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and position location.
