<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>To manage and maintain the rental business by assisting the sales team, branch supervisor, and other divisions within Fabick Cat. The Rental Inside Sales Representative provides exceptional service to rental customers, handles customer requests, prepares rental contracts, and ensures proper documentation. Responsibilities include assisting with in-store sales, maintaining inventory, and engaging in technical discussions with clients. Staying up to date on equipment developments is essential.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assists and provides exceptional customer service to rental customers. Answer all callsand respond to requests for information on equipment from customers and assist themwith their rental needs. </li><li>Prepare rental contracts and ensure all proper documentation and insurance coverage isobtained prior to renting the equipment. </li><li>Assists with in-store sales. </li><li>Maintains equipment inventory and processing parts orders for rental equipment. </li><li>Engage in technical discussions related to the proper equipment based on usage/need forthe equipment with potential clients. </li><li>Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments of all equipmentbeing rented. </li><li>Any and all duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school or equivalent required </li><li>Associate degree preferred. </li><li>2+ years of experience in customer service required. </li><li>Communicate effectively with internal and external customers </li><li>Candidate must possess strong decision-making capability. These skills will be leveraged in/but not limited to the areas of delivery requirements, quoting of rental rates, equipment timelines, and working with the service department for scheduling equipment repair to ensure availability for customer needs preferred. </li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision </li><li>Strong computer skills: word, excel, and outlook </li><li>Good time management skills </li><li>Strong phone communication skills </li><li>Accurate Data entry </li><li>Ability to engage in technical discussions with potential clients on equipment preferred. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods, stand, walk, bend, and stoop to perform the essential functions of this job.
