Below is a comprehensive job description that</p> <p>outlines the key responsibilities, qualifications, skills, and attributes typically expected for this</p> <p>position.</p> <p>Multiple Shifts Available</p> <p>Morning and Overnight</p> <p>Alarm Monitoring:</p> <ul> <li>Use alarm systems to monitor alarms. </li><li>Alert customer staff immediately if a security incident occurs. </li><li>Escalate issues according to the customer's threat matrix. </li><li>Provide regular reports on security incidents and alarm activations. </li></ul> <p>Remote Credential Management:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in setting up access rights for new employees and vendors. </li><li>Manage and update credentials in Credential Management systems. </li><li>Ensure dual credentialing is monitored for both systems. </li><li>Respond to requests for credential management from the customer. </li></ul> <p>Remote Access Management:</p> <ul> <li>Provide remote access support to authorized customer personnel. </li><li>Ensure secure access through the security system. </li><li>Assist in troubleshooting any access issues that may arise by passing along to Engineer. </li></ul> <p>Inbound Phone Call Management:</p> <ul> <li>Answer incoming phone calls to the GSOC 24/7, 365 days a year. </li><li>Provide excellent customer service to callers. </li><li>Route calls to the appropriate person or department as needed. </li><li>Maintain a log of calls for record-keeping and follow-up. </li></ul> <p>Travel and Risk Management:</p> <ul> <li>Manage alerts and notifications through Intelligence platform for travel-related risks. </li><li>Conduct routine analysis of global threats that could impact travelers. </li><li>Communicate directly with travelers regarding safety information or alerts. </li><li>Ensure travelers are informed of any relevant risks during their trips. </li></ul> <p>Emails:</p> <ul> <li>Responding Quickly: When you receive an email during your shift, make sure to reply </li></ul> <p>within 5 minutes.
