<p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>Do you have a passion for helping employees thrive in their roles? Join CrossCountry Freight Solutions (CCFS) and become a part of our Training & Development team! The Training & Engagement Assistant supports and executes engagement campaigns, digital and social media content, company initiatives, and community events. Additionally, design standard operating procedures (SOPs), run training reports, and assist employees with training-related inquires.</p> <p>PAY: $23-$26/hour (Based on education and experience)</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES</p> <ul> <li>Assist in planning and executing internal engagement initiatives to enhance company culture. </li><li>Support social media campaigns by creating and scheduling content to highlight employees, safety initiatives, and company values. </li><li>Support digital tv campaigns by creating and scheduling content to highlight employees, safety initiatives, and company values. </li><li>Contribute to the monthly employee newsletter by gathering stories, updates, and key announcements. </li><li>Help organize and promote community events and CCFS volunteer opportunities. </li><li>Collaborate with different departments to support company-wide initiatives and engagement campaigns. </li><li>Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly training reports to track employee progress. </li><li>Assist with training launches and campaigns, ensuring smooth implementation and participation. </li><li>Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for training processes. </li><li>Provide employee support and troubleshooting for training system issues. </li><li>Assist in maintaining and organizing content within the Learning Management System (LMS). </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma required </li><li>Pursuing a bachelor's or associate degree in business administration, communications, or related field </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Desktop Publishing, social media, Graphic Design, and Multi-Media programs. </li><li>Training experience in corporate or business setting strongly preferred. </li><li>Exceptional time and tasks management </li><li>Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships. </li><li>Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines. </li><li>Ability to foster organizational change through developed training initiatives. </li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Desktop Publishing, graphic design, and multi-media programs. </li></ul> <p>Work Conditions</p> <ul> <li>A standard office environment </li><li>The ability to work irregular hours and travel when necessary. </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Vision, Dental, Supplemental, and Life Insurances available. </li><li>Paid time off, paid holidays, paid community volunteer time </li><li>401k retirement plan and quarterly match. </li></ul> <p>#CCADM</p>
