Together, we can achieve powerful results.</p> <p>SUMMARY:</p> <p>Under general direction, provide curated data stories and visualization products leveraging a wide base of internal and external market labor data & intelligence platforms. This includes creation of messaging, collateral, market data research & analysis, thought leadership, publication creation, client presentations, reporting and training for both internal and external stakeholders.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Lead efforts to create strategic and consultative guidance for leadership audiences to establish Kforce as industry expert using market data analysis and metrics in all content channels (publications, social media, kforce.com, proposals, corporate communications, client presentations, etc.). Deliver analytic insights in several business domains including consumer, customer, digital, and market. Lead efforts to build and maintain network of market data sources: Lightcast, Staffing Industry Analysts, BLS, COLI, etc. Lead continued innovation and usage of internal Firm data along with external market data through third party tools. Creates and publishes stories and visualizations to help our internal and external stakeholders understand and make sense of complex topics. Tailors data messaging for different audiences based upon desired outcomes and strategic goals. Perform research on industry, economic and topical trends that impact our business. Lead continued innovation of curated workforce salary data, supply & demand data, geographic data and diversity analytics for internal and external audiences. Collaborate on efforts to optimize proactive data & insights through a variety of communication channels such as Kforce intranet, field training events, eNews, etc. with timely and relevant content. Lead efforts to optimize sales and recruiting training strategies and lead educational sessions using: market data, internal data, market research, business trends analysis, etc. Key point of contact for managing inbound data requests from the sales, recruitment, solutions and back-office teams. Lead effort to drive the messaging and ongoing evolution of regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) reporting and insights for leadership, sales and recruiting stakeholders. Develop project plans to include strategy, action plans, timelines, reporting, and success metrics. Serve as strategic partner to other departments that pull and rely on their own data analytics to realize synergies, gather best practices, and learn industry trends and tools. Effectively communicate analytical findings and observations to influence decision-making throughout the organization. Develops and drives customer facing reporting, data visualizations and analytics. Collaborate with multi-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Sales, Finance)</p> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>No KEY SUCCESS INDICATORS/ATTRIBUTES:Ability to self-direct, effectively prioritize, multi-task and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, kinetic environment.Ability to apply an action plan to high-level objectives and can create and achieve a set of clear objectives from strategy discussion and issues/problems faced.Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Possess strong written, visual and verbal communication skills.Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with internal departments, external customers and internal c-level executives.Commitment and adherence to firm core values.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's in Business, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a combination of applicable education and 4+ years related work experience.Proficiency with MS Office platforms (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).Working knowledge of search engines, web analytics, business research tools and CRM.Working knowledge of data warehousing and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.CERTIFICATES/LICENSES:None required.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:Potential limited travel.
