The company expects to sustain significant growth nationwide in the years ahead.</p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of analytical rigor, business acumen, and stakeholder leadership, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and scalable pricing strategies across a multi-entity, high-growth environment.</p> <p>This is a hybrid role (minimum of 2 days in-office per week) based in central Denver.</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>In close partnership with the Senior Director of Pricing & Strategy, the Senior Pricing Analyst will play a critical role in shaping and executing pricing strategy across WVPs growing portfolio. This role goes beyond analysisserving as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders and practice leadership, influencing pricing decisions that drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and competitive positioning.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of analytical rigor, business acumen, and stakeholder leadership, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and scalable pricing strategies across a multi-entity, high-growth environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead the development and execution of pricing strategies across veterinary services, products, and regional markets to optimize revenue and profitability! </li><li>Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, procurement, and field leadership to align pricing initiatives with broader business objectives </li><li>Build and maintain advanced pricing models using regional, portfolio, and national data to generate actionable recommendations </li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to practice leaders, effectively communicating pricing strategies and driving adoption through influence and education </li><li>Design and deliver reporting dashboards and KPIs to monitor pricing performance, track variance to plan, and identify opportunities for improvement </li><li>Evaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions and strategic initiatives </li><li>Lead regular business reviews with stakeholders to assess pricing effectiveness and recommend adjustments </li><li>Support and enhance procurement and pricing alignment initiatives, ensuring consistency and scalability across the portfolio </li><li>Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and best practices to elevate pricing capabilities across the organization </li><li>Mentor and support junior analysts, contributing to the development of pricing team capabilities as the function grows </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (advanced degree a plus) </li><li>4+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, financial analysis, or a related analytical role </li><li>Experience in healthcare, veterinary services, or multi-site service organizations strongly preferred </li><li>Experience within a private equity-backed, high-growth, multi-entity environment preferred </li><li>Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) </li><li>Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across a decentralized organization </li><li>Strong business acumen with the ability to connect pricing strategy to financial outcomes </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex insights for diverse audiences </li><li>Experience with negotiation, vendor management, or procurement strategy is a plus </li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment </li></ul> <p>Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. The salary range for this opportunity is $78,000 - $95,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location. You will be provided more detailed information about compensation and benefits for your specific location.
