This role partners closely with Operations, Sales, and executive leadership to ensure consistent service delivery, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and strong client engagement across complex healthcare environments. The Director serves as a trusted operational leader, supporting multi-site teams, driving best practices, and ensuring high standards of service excellence for hospital clients.
